Made a stop there on 17th of December en road a trip to the Rockies. The place is pet friendly and make clean. Our bartender was super friendly. She suggested the perfect flavours of whiskey. Information technology'due south a quiet place for the perfect pit stop. Momentarily the seating arrangements are outside because of COVID, shouldn't exist a trouble if it'south non too windy or heavily snowing. Y'all should try their fiery cinnamon flavoured whiskey and the beloved flavoured one, correct after the sip of the peppery one.
Awesome place to hang out and relax with some excellent whisky on a Sun afternoon. They are canis familiaris friendly and allowed us to bring in some snacks. Service was friendly and super circumspect even though there was only one bartender (I think his proper name was Charlie - thanks Charlie!). Nosotros enjoyed the cedar smoked erstwhile fashioned and our flights. We will return presently! Cheers for creating this wonderful Distilling company.
Unfortunately, we were asked to sit outside as it began snowing and dropping temperature, which made it a very common cold and uncomfortable. The staff and owner were otherwise friendly and the place was make clean. The whiskey was fine, though the flavored ones were a fleck syrupy and sticky.

Hiking Trails
Slide 1 of 3
Devils Backbone is a good breathtaking trail and I would qualify it as piece of cake. If yous want to bring family you can do and so. Also the trails allow dirt biking. If you do the extended hike which is 7 miles round trip there is some rock scrambling and a likewise very few people that far. I think it's $eleven to park, overall beautiful trail.
Really nice trail. Great for hiking or biking. Used to be free parking only now it's $ten which it's probably worth simply seems a scrap high. This trail connects to Coyote Ridge, Indian Summer, and Blue Heaven which somewhen ends upwardly near Horsetooth Reservoir then you can get equally much riding or hiking as you want. Exercise watch out for rattlesnakes.
Great, leisurely hike. Great for families, mount bikers or individuals looking for an easy hike. I'd recommend this to anyone in the expanse looking for some do, a expert view or just something to do to kill time.

Slide 1 of 3
Despite its location and size this museum provides a deep look into the art and history of the wild west and loveland Colorado specifically. The knowledge and experience of the staff is wonderful, especially if you lot have children as information technology is really engaging to take them go over the historical way people lived and mountain men operated. A really delightful experience and a bully family or class activity
My 3 grandchildren, ages 5, six, and eight, and I actually enjoyed the museum. The kids spent a long time playing upstairs in the child sized post truck "delivering" post into the colorful mailboxes. They also enjoyed the art exhibit (Marmots) and the historical portion of the museum. Cost for myself was $7, the kids were complimentary!
The history of Loveland and about of the museum is costless. Information technology's ambrosial, I love how they layed information technology out. Huge topographical map upstairs! There's a $seven admissions fee to an art gallery in the same building which is neat. They also take a downstairs for a kids art gallery which was and so beautiful. The lady at the front was very nice (I think her proper name was Jennifer, but I may be incorrect)

Such a fun experience. We try to become a few times a year, depending on what the electric current show is. We saw "The Sound of Music" yesterday and it was fantastic! We were all and then impressed by the evidence and the talent. Just WOW. The food is usually pretty good but the drinks and desserts are absolutely where it'due south at. Cannot wait to go back and enjoy another amazing day or evening here.
Dinner was okay — I'd describe it as above average banquet food. Information technology's not coming across on camera, but the salad was minor and the lettuce was wilted, tomatoes shriveled. Chicken was moist. Veggies were banal. Roasted potatoes were good. Drink was tasty. The show and set up was astonishing! Will be back to encounter another show and go on expectations of dinner low.
The evidence was excellent and if that was all that matters, this would be a five star review. The by three shows have had a marked decline in service as the actor-waiters are often unskilled at the waiter part. The simplified menu and apply of a mix of easy cook, pre cook, and warm from frozen nutrient should make for an ok, if mediocre, dinner that tin exist executed efficiently. In do, you get the mediocre office without the speed. I love the concept, my wife loves the shows. With a couple dedicated waiters they could speed service, reduce actor workload past a table or 2 each, and maybe even assist with cross skill training.

The staff were helpful and I saw many of them wandering effectually to keep everything looking great and make clean.
I loved the hands on musical instruments and tutorials. Can't play at all but had a hilarious fourth dimension attempting to. Spent about two hours seeing everything. Taxidermy animals were very interesting. Really cool seeing sizes as compared to what you imagine their size to be in photos. Local history items were not as interesting to me equally the above items but were pretty neat to see anyway. The alive bees in their glass hive were a first time I'd seen anything like that. Cool!
My son loves this place, we have a membership so we can go every day or in one case a month. It is fairly pocket-size but ever entertaining for kiddos. I would imagine the thrill would exist lost and then we go at least once a month. I volition have to give props to those who maintain this facility, most everything is ever working. Short Clarification: Great beer, good variety, super friendly beer tenders, nicely designed inside and outside, dog friendly... can't wait to go again! Long Description: When you go far, you will notice the building has a stunning mix of elegant and industrial textures with a stacked stone turret on i side and exposed vertical tanks on the other. After y'all park in the ample parking lot or go out of your Uber ride (highly recommended), yous be greeted by welcoming friendly faces who are very helpful as y'all browse their awesome selection of beer. We recommend doing a flight so you can sort of speed date through the options to encounter which beer steals your heart. I can't rave enough about how amazing each beer was! I personally LOVED their seasonal experimental IPA for 2022 called Wolf Picker. It was hop forward in the most elegant way. It was not likewise bitter and in your confront. The fresh hop aroma was but heaven for my nose! My wife likes sours so she loved the Sippin' Pretty, Friek, and Sippin' Tropical Sour. Lastly, their flagship ale, 90 Shilling was simply fantastic! It was an piece of cake drinking beer with beautiful subtle flavors and not too assuming in any style. 90 Shilling is but a lovely ale. The inside seating areas where beautifully designed and very cozy. Nosotros opted to sit outside on the lovely patios because the lord's day was out. Nosotros rapidly noticed that even though it was nevertheless super cold outside, it didn't stop the massive corporeality of customers from hanging out outside too enjoying the scenery and the amazing beer! Every other group of people had a canis familiaris or two on the patio. I love the canis familiaris friendly policy of dogs beingness welcomed outside but not in the main inside seating areas. I feel that is the most hygienic and fair. That being said, I enjoyed meeting the friendly people outside and petting their super friendly puppies and dogs. Overall, it was the well-nigh fun and best beer I had during my stay in Fort Collins. If nosotros find ourselves dorsum in Fort Collins, Odell Brewing volition exist on the acme of our list to revisit!
Nice beer brewing I don't like beer but I advice to visit this place. Nosotros picked to get to the winery since almost of the family drinks wine. The winery is not that big. Yous have lots of choices of wine. The food is not complementary y'all accept to pay extra for cheese and small bites of food. The wine comes in cans and bottles made in iron. The service was polite. They have a nice car park
The atmosphere here is very fun and welcoming. There is indoor and outdoor seating. The staff is actually nice and helpful. The beer is neat! Flights are $10 or $15 depending on your choice, and beers range from $half dozen-$10, just $5 Mon afternoons. We had a bang-up time here and can't wait to go back!

Slide i of 3
We were staying in Boulder and drove to Laporte to whitewater with Wanderlust. The drive had beautiful views and the portion on the Poudre we tagged was great likewise! The rafting required a lot of river negotiating and a few neat drops and rapids. The guides all had unique personalities and were fun to be with and yous MUST eat at Vern's, simply upstairs from the Wanderlust office, afterwards your trip!
Had an awesome time with this rafting trip! Tour guides were fun and upbeat. You could tell our safety was a priority for them. They had people all along the route watching the river and making sure that everyone was accounted for. Loved the vibe and the barrack betwixt the guides. They really seemed to love what they're doing. Our tour guide, Taylor, had a lot of free energy and enthusiasm. She was very knowledgeable and willing to answer any and all questions nearly rafting and the surface area. She gave practiced management and was adept humored virtually our joking and playing effectually. Actually appreciated her role in the overall experience. Bang-up company, great crew! Couldn't be happier with this trip and will definitely exist doing this again!
Overall great trip on "boom", highly recommend going. Our raft flipped twice so keep in mind this is not a theme park and there are no safety buttons to cease the ride. Pay attention to guides, be prepared to paddle, and it's similar motorcycle rules, "dress for the fall non the ride". Get a expert pair of shoes that will stay on your anxiety and cover your toes, they are meliorate for rocks and everyone with open toes had the same complaints of " ow nosotros flipped and striking rocks and ow my toes hurt from sticking them under the seat to hold myself in". Also, long sleeves/pants provide sunday protection but they besides hold common cold water against your skin longer, take your pick. Bully job from the raft guides on all the rescues today, that rope throwing could use some practice though 😅. Our raft guide was Dakota and he was awesome!

Breathtaking details and fun lilliputian subconscious gems are sure to be found at the Colorado Model Railroad Museum. (One of my favorites are the tiny niggling chickens that movement. Reminded me of the chickens I had when I was picayune!) We spent about 2.five hours here looking at everything and I know that there are tons of details that nosotros probably missed! Simply a slap-up appreciation for the time, effort, and ingenuity it takes to design and build a grand calibration model railroad organisation. Each section blends well with the one next to information technology and I found myself following the train and trying to imagine what information technology might be similar if I were a passenger on the train. If you savor listening to classical music, your all-time bet is to go to this civic center to hear the Greeley Philharmonic Orchestra perform by their new conductor, Lowell Graham. The union colony is an excellent facility for a regional town theater. Shows similar Shen Yun take toured to first-class acclaim. The place is clean with shopping that often accompany a testify. Acoustics are good in the main theater and even amend in the smaller 2nd floor theater used for events like concerts and recitals. Seating is oftentimes reasonably priced. The shows are a hybrid staff of volunteers and paid staff. This tin event in an inconsistent feel as some of the volunteers are perhaps a bit aggressive in role. Seating is modest and tight which may be uncomfortable for older or larger patrons.

A wonderfully cute and peaceful refuge. The sisters' hospitality was amazing. A bang-up location for a retreat.
Wanted to know more about nuns and the abbey. No one was willing to talk. Their souvenir store was quaint, with a nice selection of religious things, mostly from outside of the abbey. The nun at the register wasn't sure which rosaries were made by the nuns at this abbey. We were going to make a purchase (a rosary and a lb. of the meat they enhance), but her lack of care and her absolute disregard for interaction fabricated us extremely uncomfortable and we changed our minds. The holding is cute, only y'all cannot walk dogs on it. Just a heads upwards. Thought nosotros were going to spend a few hours there, especially since the nuns have a farm here. Sadly, we weren't allowed admission to the subcontract. Non the best trip. My fiance was raised in the Cosmic church and he said to me, "I idea this visit would help renew my faith. He was very knowledgeable well-nigh both the ranch, the bison and almost Wyoming. We had a blast- a very unique experience that all of my kids enjoyed! Nosotros will definitely tell people to come visit- and we will visit again- next time in summer! We ate dejeuner in the steakhouse and were very impressed with the friendly service and amazing food. This identify is fantastic! A daimond in the rough!

Cool little museum with a lot of railroad and Cheyenne history! The model trains dioramas were cool only it's a shame they weren't operating. We didn't have kids with us but it seems like they might get a picayune bored since there's limited things for them to interact with. Lots of awesome detailed reading and history for adults though. The audio tour was cool as well since information technology uses your phone and you just dial in for each expanse. Would definitely recommend if you're visiting Cheyenne.
One of the best train museums we have ever been to and we go to lots of them. Every aspect of the Cheyenne role of Union Pacific history is covered from the surveyors, to laying the tracks, to Big Boy and everything you can remember of related to steam engines. The history was first-class and displays were great. It'southward located in the historic depot and is quite beautiful. The rooms have audios of men who worked in the train yards and on the trains in various capacities there is an audio tour. The Cheyenne Visitor Centre is also located there. A wonderful experience, give yourself several hours. And thank you Michelle for being such a kind and informative staff fellow member.
Who knew there would be so much more to larn most the history of trains coming to and from Cheyenne! Here'due south a fun fact, when I was in that location, at that place was a video of a train going from Aureate, Colorado to Black Hawk, Colorado. I'yard from that area and had zilch idea! Who knew I would acquire well-nigh my own lawn in a city 120 miles away!

I took the 90 minute passenger vehicle bout. It was informative. Our bout motorbus driver took united states of america to the capital building and to the Cheyenne rodeo grounds and many other places. I ate at a food truck while in the plaza as well, had the Elote in a cup, it was really practiced.
Great gathering spot in downtown with multiple uses (summertime concerts, Frontier Days pancake breakfast, kids splash pads, holiday tree lighting) makes this an ideal identify to enjoy, restaurants close past equally well as shopping, easy to admission and notice, plenty of parking nearby and located directly in front of the historic Union Pacific depot where the train Depot museum is located. Become out and savour it.

A wonderful museum with excellent dioramas of wildlife and fantastic exhibits on sheep ranching, mining, cowboys and pioneer life. Not bad for all ages. Program to spend several hours. The staff are super nice and docent from Tanzania was a great guy. Their Native American exhibits were very educational. Children will love touching the hides of various animals. The National Park section was particularly good. Lots of good info on Yellowstone and wildlife, including the Yellowstone stagecoach.
The family days are wonderful!! fun activities and access to the museum. They have an interactive room, really good experience for kids and adults. Likewise they have some activities by zoom, similar exposition or conferences, some days ago was 1 well-nigh the bison civilisation, definitely one of my favorites museums!!

These workhorses are near extinct.
Great park to take a long walk in. The Big Male child engine, the largest always congenital, is surrounded by a fence. It would exist more entertaining if it was in a train museum where you could walk right up to information technology and maybe visit the engine cab.
Nice to be able to visit this giant steam engine in Spring! Wonderful weather condition and adept memories.
